Student Organization Priority Registration Program

Student organizations have the opportunity for early access registration for The Project. Through this donation-based program, organizations can guarantee a shared volunteer experience for their members, and also maximize the impact of their organization in the community.

Participation Levels

Gold

$500

Organization members will volunteer together at the same work site until the volunteer limit is reached*
If applicable, Team Leads at the work site will be from the organization
Organization name will be on flyers, posters, and volunteer shirts
Mentioned at each volunteer kick-off
A media team lead stationed at your site taking photos and will post about your organization during the day
Shout-out twice a month on our social media outlets (Facebook, Newsletter, and Instagram)

Silver

$250

Organization members will volunteer together at the same site until volunteer limit is reached*
Organization name will be on flyers and posters
Mentioned at each volunteer kick-off
Shout-out once a month (including on the day of The Project 2024) on our social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)

Bronze

$100

Organization members will volunteer together at the same site until volunteer limit is reached*
Organization name will be on flyers and posters
Shout-out on the day of The Project 2024 on our social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)

*Because of the variable needs of the day of, we reserve the right to move volunteers throughout the day. We will always do our best to keep organization members together.

University Department Sponsorship Program

UT Academic and Administrative Departments also have the opportunity for early access registration for The Project. Through this donation-based program, departments can guarantee a shared volunteer experience for their staff and students, and showcase their dedication to service and the community.

2. Send your payment one of two ways:

Venmo @theprojectut
Give online through Texas Giving (put "The Project" into the search bar)
Submit a check in person - email for details!

3. Email cecollective.specialevent@gmail.com to let us know you're in, and get your unique sign-up link!
