The Project is made possible by individuals and groups who give time, talent, in-kind product, and monetary donations. Our entire operating budget of approximately $60,000 comes from these donors.

Giving Levels
Our supplies are by far our most extensive cost. About 10 percent of our costs are fixed from year-to-year, and the remaining 90 percent goes directly to our partner community in the form of tools, paint, and home repair supplies specifically needed in each neighborhood. We always have more willing volunteers than we can accept, so any contribution you make will go directly towards expanding our reach and serving more of the Austin community.
Please consider funding the following packages, consisting of the supplies it takes to complete our most commonly requested projects, or make a contribution of any amount:
$200,000 - Sponsor a Full Project Cycle
Title sponsor; Covers all expenses for a full two-year partnership cycle with the selected community
$100,000 - Sponsor One Year of The Project
Title sponsor; covers all expenses for one year of our partnership with the selected community
$50,000 - Provide All Tools and Supplies
Covers expenses for all tools and supplies necessary to complete the tasks at all volunteer sites
$20,000 - Welcome Our Volunteers
Each volunteer shift begins at event headquarters with volunteer check-in, and a kickoff fair and welcome. Your contribution covers the cost of supplies, rentals, and space for our volunteer kickoff events, as well as all event signage.

Covers all costs associated with completing tasks at one of our volunteer sites

Feed Our Volunteers
Covers the cost of lunch for all volunteers on Project Day

Tell the Story
Covers student stipends for special promotional videography and photography

Covers rentals costs of the shuttle buses used to transport our volunteers from site to site
